We are committed to delivering comprehensive chemical
abuse/dependency services to the local community. We are a
Rule 31 licensed drug and alcohol treatment facility fully
staffed with Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors.

We believe every individual suffering from active addiction deserves
caring and affordable treatment for chemical dependancy. Our staff
and the affordable cost of our programs reflects this belief.
Additionally, we offer a sliding fee for those who qualify.

Five Stars Recovery Center
offers outpatient treatment for
alcohol/drug abuse and dependency.
We assist our clients in determining
what treatment program is best suited
to fit their needs through an in depth
Rule 25 chemical use assessment.
Our family education series is
designed to educate family members
on the nature of the disease. It is our
belief that this aspect of our program
is vital to mending relationships
within the family.
We utilize the 12 step recovery
model during treatment and place a
strong emphasis on the importance
of long term involvement in 12 step
recovery support groups
.
In additiion to our primary
outpatient treatment programs, we
offer aftercare support for individuals
that have completed a primary
inpatient treatment program.
We work side by side with
First Street Mental Health Center
which provides a full scale of
services that includes psychologists,
therapists, anger management and
individual counseling to name a few.
Many of these providers are located
within our facility.
Serving Chaska, Eden Prairie, Shakopee, Waconia and the surrounding areas.
