Relapse Recovery
RELAPSE RECOVERY PART I AND II
12 sessions in Part I, three times per week
Monday through Thursday
8 sessions in Part II, once per week
Thursday day or Friday evening
Relapse Recovery, Part I and Part II is an outpatient treatment program designed for individuals who have had a period of extended sobriety interrupted by a brief return to the use of mood altering substances. Relapse Recovery Part I is an outpatient treatment program that includes a chemical health/family education lecture video series where families are encouraged to attend. The schedule of attendance for these sessions will be determined by individual need and may be adjusted to meet changing needs during the course of the program. A professionally led Fourth Step preparation group is provided at no charge.
Relapse Recovery is available days or evenings.
